NICHOLAS PIERONI

Nicholas Pieroni practices in the areas of medical malpractice, legal malpractice, wrongful death, and personal injury.  Nicholas first started working with Amy Hernandez as a law clerk while he studied at the University of Arizona and is now part of the team as an attorney. 

Nicholas received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona after graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2020.  He then attended the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and graduated Cum Laude in 2024.  During his time at Sandra Day O’ Connor College of Law Nicholas was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award related to courses on legal advocacy and international law of armed conflict and served as an Executive Editor with the Journal of Law, Science, and Technology.

Following law school, Nicholas worked as an Assistant Attorney General at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office where he had the privilege of working with the office’s Education Health and Tax section and advocating at a number of licensing disciplinary hearings.  

Prior to his educational and legal career, Nicholas served as an infantry Marine in the United States Marine Corps where he was meritoriously promoted to the rank of Corporal during his four years of service.
